Mizpah Blaze
October 31, 2006 Suspect Moore was charged with felony count of arson, 12 counts of murder in connection to the Mizpah blaze. Moore was accused of igniting a mattress outside another Mizpah's resident's door at 10 pm on Halloween night. Moore is being held at the Washoe County jail. Moore had been paroled last year for 1987 second degree conviction. About 8e people were registered at the hotel that night, most were left HOMELESS! SCREEN YOUR TENANTS!
